South Korea announced it will not be sending personnel to the Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation Office, despite North Korea announcing it will be sending their personnel. In a region where tensions are already at a boiling point, this could be an indicator that the pot is about to boil over. Both sides have exchanged military fire several times in the past month.
