In an ironic twist of fate today Citrus County Tea Party leader Edna Mattos was swimming in Kings Bay when she was struck by a motor boat. Said Tea Party boat owner Timmy Hitler, 'we just thought she was a manatee and so we just mowed her over."
As you may recall Edna Mattos is spearheading a group to remove Manatee Protections in Kings Bay. "We cannot elevate nature above people," explained Edna Mattos as paramedics removed the propeller blade from her ample ass.
Said a Democrat who witnessed the mishap, 'God sure works in mysterious ways.'
