Given Perry’s Thinking Skills! In An Earlier Time He Could Have Been President.

In the last 30 years he would have been the Republican favorite, giving their propensity for low intelligence, e.g., Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush.  But given Reagan and Bush’s track records America is determined to not let this happen again thanks mostly to the folks on the left.
